CANCELLATION POLICY
No-shows and cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the booked service(s) to the card on file. If payment is unsuccessful or no card is on file, the balance must be be paid before booking future appointments. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals after 10 minutes may result in a shortened service or rescheduled appointment. Please arrive on time (or no more than 10 minutes early) and do not bring guests or children unless pre-approved. Appointments that are rescheduled multiple times without being attended will be automatically canceled to keep appointment times available for other clients. NO REFUNDS.
