CANCELLATION POLICY
No shows or cancellations made after 48 hours from the appointment booked will result in a 50% charge of the service(s) booked. That will be charged to the card on file, if there is no card or the charge does not go through, that balance must be paid before you can book again. There is a 10 minute grace period, appointment may be cut short or rescheduled all together depending on service. Please refrain from bringing guests/kids, unless pre-approved. NO REFUNDS.
